At Kobe on Adventures, our digital products are designed to help you create more adventures and memories with your dog.
This policy explains how delivery, cancellations and refunds work when you purchase a digital product from our website.

Digital Downloads
Our products, including Kobe's Adventure Journal – 50 Adventures With Your Dog, are digital products. No physical product will be posted to you.
Once payment has been successfully completed, your digital product will be made available for download electronically.
Please ensure that the email address you provide when ordering is correct.

Cancellation Rights
Digital downloads are supplied immediately after purchase.
Before immediate supply of digital content begins, customers must expressly agree to receiving the digital content straight away and acknowledge that they will lose their statutory 14-day cancellation right once supply begins.
Once the digital content has begun to be supplied following that consent and acknowledgement, you will no longer have the normal 14-day right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind. This reflects the rules applying to immediately supplied digital content. Legislation.gov.uk

Problems With Your Download
If you have difficulty downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Please include your name, order number and the email address used when placing your order so that we can locate your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Digital Content
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
If digital content is faulty, not as described or does not conform to the contract, remedies available under consumer law can include repair or replacement and, in appropriate circumstances, a price reduction or refund. Legislation.gov.uk

Refunds
Because our digital products are supplied immediately, we do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind once the download has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have where the digital content is faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
