1. About Kobe on Adventures
Kobe on Adventures is a dog adventure and lifestyle website sharing adventures, ideas and inspiration for dog owners.
We also sell digital products, including Kobe's Adventure Journal – 50 Adventures With Your Dog.

2. Digital Products
Products described as digital downloads are supplied electronically and no physical product will be posted to you.
After successful payment, your digital product will normally be made available through the website and/or through the order confirmation email.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address when placing your order and for having suitable equipment and software to access the digital file.
If you experience problems accessing your purchase, please contact us using the email address above.

3. Prices and Payment
The price displayed on the website at the time you place your order is the price applicable to your purchase, subject to correction of any obvious pricing error.
Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.
An order is accepted when your purchase has been successfully processed and we provide confirmation of the order.

4. Digital Downloads and Cancellation Rights
Our digital products are supplied for immediate download.
Where required by applicable consumer law, before immediate supply begins you will be asked to expressly consent to receiving the digital content immediately and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
We'll create a separate Digital Products & Refund Policy providing further information about refunds and problems with downloads.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products purchased from Kobe on Adventures are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may download and print a purchased journal for your own personal use.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, publish or commercially exploit our digital products, templates, photographs, written content, designs or other copyrighted material without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property rights to you.

Adventure information, including access, facilities, dog restrictions, opening arrangements and local conditions, can change.
